Welcome to RedWatch. By using RedWatch (“the App”), you agree to the following terms:

1. Use of the App

RedWatch is an independent third-party application designed to provide Reddit browsing and interaction features on the Apple Watch. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Reddit, Inc.

2. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Reddit account. All authentication is handled through Reddit’s official OAuth system. RedWatch does not store or have access to your Reddit password.

3. Objectionable Content and Abusive Users

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. Any user found to be engaging in such behavior will face immediate suspension or termination of their account, as well as removal of any associated content. We are committed to maintaining a safe and respectful environment for all users.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use RedWatch in compliance with all applicable laws and Reddit’s API Terms and User Agreement. Any misuse of the app may result in termination of your access.

5. No Warranty

RedWatch is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RedWatch and its developers are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the app.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
